  1. You have some truly excellent ideas in this blog. Thank you for sharing them! :)

I have another idea to “cut 100 calories,” but with this idea, you will actually burn those calories without even trying… The way you can do this is by wearing a Hyper Vest. What’s a Hyper Vest? I’m glad you asked! :) It is a resistance vest (it adds weight / resistance to EVERY activity you perform).

I’ve seen this product work for me. When wearing my Hyper Vest during a workout, I’ve burned 200-300 extra calories per hour! And the vest itself is so comfortable and fully adjustable that you forget you have it on. You can also vary the amount of weight to meet your particular needs. AND it can be worn discreetly under your clothes so you can literally “wear your workout” all day!

Check it out at http://www.hyperwear.com. When you get to the website, click the orange box toward the middle of the page called “Personal Fitness.” Be sure to also look at the “Join the Resistance – Community” page to read testimonials!
